Stuff which annoys me.

helbling- Watching a program about feminism and India. They're talking about the city with the highest rate of rape in the country and have described it as 'The city with the dubious honour of being the rape capital of India'.
No. It's not 'dubious'. The word you need to use is 'shameful'. I'm sick of people treating this crap like it's a debate, using words that dither and pussy foot around, as if it's reasonable to listen to both sides on this issue. It's not. It's an awful crime that we need to stop normalising. Which means we ought to call it what it fucking is.
Later in the program, apparently, they interview men who believe that women are responsible for their own assaults. No. You do not need to speak to them. They're misogynistic pillocks whose voices do not need to be heard. Stop. Fucking. Pandering.
It's like homophobia. Or racism. No, I'm not going to respect your stance. You are not worthy of respect if you have that stance. That's not an 'opinion'. That is you being wrong and hurting people as a result.
Lesson learned part 1: Journalists are assbiscuits.
Lesson learned part 2: I need to be more discerning with what I watch, or I will explode with rage.
Planning a warrior for next year, and stealing Doug's Gerrard armour for it. Possibly then I can watch these things, because it'll give me steam to beat the crap out of EVERYTHING I SEE each Sunday.
