Climbing the Great Wall I strongly agree with, but well worth getting to the top. That and then seeing the The Terracotta Army at the time.
I've always wanted to see more of the world and learn more about other combat systems. For now I've been sampling food and alcohol and non-alcohol drinks to experiment with taste. Good luck with the list thing :).
